Tender, succulent and juicy, this is what a roasting joint should be. This joint of rolled sirloin is grass fed, free range all the way from Scotland. The sirloin comes to us in a full loin where it is then seperated from the rump and fore rib by our butchers in store and aged in our dry ageing cabinet. Once at the perfect age (21 days or later), it will be removed from the bone, trimmed of any excess fat before being rolled and tied by hand instore by our butchers.
