Can be seen in store in our dry aging cabinet where it will stay until it hits the perfect age, anywhwer betewwen 21 and 30 days, before being taken off the bone and sliced through by our in store butchers. This steak is extremly versitile and can be cooked in a single piece or cut into strips and fried for a quick easy dinner.
