Full of flavour and always tender, the neck fillet is located next to the shoulder of the lamb and is ideal for dicing for stews or casseroles. Being free range means you get a fuller flavour from the meat, making it ideal for slow roasting or grilling. Also makes great kebabs as it carries a little bit of natural fat to stop it drying out.
