An idividual sized beef wellington constructed using the finest free range, grass fed scottish beef fillet, dry aged for a minimum 21 days, generously topped with an Ardenes pate and hand crafted in pastry by our butchery team, even the exquisite pastry plait down the middle! Best brushed with Milk or an Egg wash and roasted in the oven until golden brown.
