Well, it has been a busy few weeks. After lots of disruptions in the High Street, things are getting back to normal.
We are preparing for Christmas; lots of orders being taken; presents being brought and starting to eat the Christmas Chocolate!
It was lovely to be a part of the Christmas Lights switch on, with great support from Mather Marshall and McCarthy & Stone.
With all the focus on Christmas and the main meal, we like to ease off from the traditional Sunday Roast, just to make the Christmas meal even more enjoyable. Last weekend, we had the classic Toad in the Hole, with Cheesy Vegetables and mustard mash. Click on the picture for the recipe.
This weekend we are going to enjoy Beef Wellington!
