Free range duck fillets that have a full. rich flavour. With no bone to worry about, these fillets are great for frying or putting on the bbq. To get a nice crispy skin first wipe the skin dry, then season with salt and pepper and put skin side down on a hot pan. Great to have the fillet whole or stripped up and used in a stir fry.
