A dry smoked, free range loin of pork, cured using traditional curing salts. With the dry smoking process removing any excess water, this allows for a fuller flavour from this loin joint which when sliced, gives a nicer rasher of bacon. Idael for bacon sandwhiches and that unmistakable smell!
